I am accepting clients via this link that are ready to begin their Ase Fit Journey. Ase is a Yoruba proverb that means to conceive the power to produce change; we will embrace our bodies and appreciate the positive changes to come on our journey to becoming fit individuals: mentally, physically and spiritually.

 

Don't let the word "fit" scare you!! This can be a personal or group journey at which you set the path and I will coach you to meet the nation's minimal standards for health in addition to the seven dimensions of wellness and/or your ultimate fitness goals! I work with individuals of all ages that are hoping to maximize their quality of life virtually and in-person (only Killeen-Austin, Tx area at this time). I do this by enhancing their understanding and practices of the seven dimensions of wellness through of fun, effective and simplistic activities that they can incorporate in their daily lives based on their fit goals.
